Finally, Moving to Scotland

Hi!

I wanted to wait until I knew I had secured a house before I let you know, I am finally moving to Scotland. I will be in Glenrothes Fife.

I have a job interview or two lined up. Hartlepool is a nice town but the economy is very bad here. There is no work and more and more businesses are closing their doors.

Katy starts college this year therfore I must go to work.

I am very busy packing up the house because the move is scheduled for the 3rd.

Robbie and I are very happy about this. We will have to adapt but we have the support of Stuart Morris and his parents plus Ranald is only an hour or two away which will help, greatly!

Hope the move goes well for you Kelly and you'll need to explore the East Neuk of Fife which is just down the road.

Good luck Kelly. Nothing is terribly far from anywhere in Scotland as long as you have a car. I once set off from Cumbernauld to drive to Edinburgh. I took a wrong turn on the motorway and ended up in Perth....lol! It still only took me half an hour to drive from Perth to Edinburgh.

I missed this thread but you had told me you were going to find a place to live in Scotland earlier. I am so happy for you. It is always stressful when moving, but I think you will just love it. Good luck with the job interviews as well. Always thinking of ya.
