    Andy Ross does a 2 hour show each week from Scotland which you can download at http://www.andysceilidh.co.uk/

    I've never been able to get the steaming version to work but with broadband access the download should only take around 6 minutes. It's around 145Mb in size. However having downloaded it you can then play it whenever you want.
