  • Arthur St. Clair

Governor of the Northwest Territory 1787 - 1802 by Rachel Marian Jarrold A.B. Mt. Holyoke College, 1906.

Decided to make this book available as apparently he had a personal flag which is recorded as the second oldest flag in the USA. Other research has reported that he also knew the old symbolic writing of the ancients and replicated some of these symbols on rocks which researchers believe was a communication to others with the same knowledge. His roots can be traced back to Scotland and to ancient connections there.

None of this recent research is mention in the thesis but in case we get more information in about him from this research I thought it would be well to have some information about him on the site.

You can read this at http://www.electricscotland.com/hist...lair/index.htm
