Good morning, this chill winter day . . .
Christmas is only two weeks off and this is Gaudete Sunday, one of the two days in the year when the vestments are pink and, the church definitely taking on an air of the joyous! The service opens with “Rejoice in the Lord always, again I say, rejoice . . . “
And on that note of rejoicing, I offer my thoughts:
