  • Television Doctor

Today just by chance, I watched the T.V. doctor, Dr. Oz. Here is Dr. Oz's page:
    http://www.doctoroz.com/
Anyway, thought it was worthy of note to share what he said about Alzheimer's. He mentioned two important foods that westerners do not use and studies have shown these are the things necessary to keep the brain working. One is olive oil, and the other is curry. By using curry twice a week this madady can be avoided. Of course, he mentioned a good diet, lots of green salads, too.

By the way, the favorite thing he mentioned was exercise. Not only of the body, but of the mind. He said puzzles for the right brain and crossword puzzles for left brain.

As it happens I love curry. Had it at least once a week in Scotland.. not so often in Canada though.
