On 29/09/2014 I received a letter regarding flu injection advising of an appointment for Saturday 1st November (between 08.30 to 09.30 !!!) at the local surgery.
With the drop in temperature today, and snow on the Cairngorms, I hope I will be OK until then !

Flu Season is Upon Us!
Here's a reminder, that all of us should get a flu vaccination every year. I went yesterday, and have no side effects. Also, as stated previously, I get the "high dose flu vaccine". No problems. As an old nurse, we were required by employer to get this vaccine, & I've not had flu since about late teens in England. Thanks,
