Glad to see you back Ranald. #1 is correct and your answer for #2 is the correct answer for #3. Your answer for #5 just needs a little touching up but is basically correct. #6, #10 & #12 are close but no cigars. Good start Ranald!

I see Ranald got ahead of me today!!! #5. is "Big fuss over nothing!" #9 is "Five blue jays." #12 is "Holy Day". #10 is "onward & upward!"

Joan that is 100% correct. As a matter of fact your answer for #9 is better than the one I have. Blue Jays would have been enough.

Good morning all, I thought I had posted some of these, so Joan's computer is obviously not the only one acting weird. The ones I have left are #6 - Downtrodden and #8 - Mud in Your Eye or Here's Mud in Your Eye. I'm tempted to try #11 - 3G (as in the cell phone network) but that seems too easy.

I wondered where you were Rick, Jean has been pretty well on her own lately after Ranalds start. You are correct on #6 and #8 and you need to try #11 again. Try, try,tri.

Hugh...I do note here that NONE of us has answered #'s 2 & 4!!! I know I'm in the dark re: those. On #11, what about "trigonometry" or as kids say "trig" in school? (I deleted a good many things on computer, but it's still not great!)
