I notice that when I select 'New Posts' and find that there are none, the 'Quick Link' menu is not available, only 'Mark All Read'.
I already know that, from being told 'None' !!
Is it possible that when no new messages is advised, the top menu does not show 'Mark All Read' ?
The way around I use, when I remember, is to select 'Who is on line' first !!
