Hi Dave... I have just done some work on our Index page so that might make it easier to navigate. Also do use the site search engine as that's usually the way I find things as I can't always remember where I put something myself <grin>
I take an overnight injection and then one before each meal which is a real pain if you have to go out anywhere. I'm still working my way down to the right level but getting near it. I'd be happier living off two injections a day rather than the four I have to do right now. They say it's my weird hours and eating habits that made them put me on this regime.
