Shortly after the war, the second "one to end all wars", dances were held at a hall named, and the spelling came from a niece "Dooketland". Does anyone have any knowledge or a corrected spellling ? One of my older brothers was a member of the band and he nwould take me with him to "help" spread the blue crystals/powder on the floor.
