Alastair, yes I also get the new window.

All I get is a white screen, with a black bar a fifth across the screen from the left side.

In the centre is a question mark inside a large letter Q

My son has tried it on two other computers and it does not work for either one.

No need for a reply, will wait and see if other members comment.

Mind that the song comes up in a new browser window Ranald. I have just checked it and it is working.
